  After successfully completing an online order and receiving a confirmation email on Tuesday, i received a call from Factoryplus on Friday seeking a further/additional payment for shipping. This is the first time this has ever happend with any company i have ordered online from. Seemed a bit sus so i cancelled the order.

  I have brought 4 tv's from them so far. Always priced well bellow competition as long as you do your research. Never had an issue with anything purchased. Will buy from them again

  Friendly people, honest and helpful, bought an OLED HDR 4K LG tv for 2100 bucks!, same tv was at Bing LEE for 6000 !

  Bought a LG OLED TV, very happy with the prize and good friendly staff. I recommend to go and have a look once and then decide. You can save a lot of money if you do a market research. You get the same warranty which the retail shops give. Must go here before deciding.
