  I wish i could give zero stars. After waiting 5 minutes at the counter to be served to get my car assessed for repair, i got told that the repairs would be too complicated for them and a can of worms and would not take on the job. The car is only 2 years old. Clearly they only care about cars being jaguar or landrover and forget the rest of the community. I was gobbsmacked to say the least. Wouldn't recommend by far.

  Very disappointed, Took my vehicle in today to be assessed and the owner stated outright that they were not interested in completing he repair. I was told total garbage about how they only do direct claims. They were also provided the all required insurance details. They did not want the job due to it being a minor repair and probably below the BMW and Jaguar standard they usually charge. One star rating at best.

  The best of the best: seriously if I could rate any higher, I would. Seven star service. From the second you walk in, right through to the very end. Highly recommend. Polite, transperant, thoughtful thorough and brilliant. Thank you team Ken Shafer. Making a bad situation pleasant.

  From the monent I entered the business I knew it was the place for my new car to be repaired after being rear ended at traffic lights. They did a direct claim for me doing everything including giving me a Mercedes to drive for the whole time they had my car. Bryson, Tayla, Nicole, Damian and Josh were amazing. I was kept up to date the whole time. My repair was a very difficult, time consuming ordeal for all involved as my car had only just been released in the country and parts were not readily available, but never once did anyone leave me out of the loop. The service and the repair are the equivalent of a 7 star hotel. Yes 7 star not 5 star. As with everyone that has a repair done they are concerned about parts and colour match. All genuine parts were used and the colour match is perfection. A big thank you to all involved. Ray

  I was actually lost for words. Unprofessional and rude. Obviously not a professional repairer. I had heard they were rude,I concur with that opinion. Totally Unbelievable......

  My partner has a 2 year old car. We took it to Ken Shafer Smash Repairs to book it in for repair. The rude man looked at it and said "It's not something we do we repair Jaguars and Land Rovers and it would be a can of worms"
