    Disgusting customer service the manager speaks aggressive to customers and supports head office NOT FIXING A MANUFACTURE FAULT.... They sell poor quality stuff and when a Dimond literally falls out of a $6000 ring they cover it up by accusing the customer!!!!! Avoid like the plague !!!!

    Diamond fell out of 7000 ring. Ring hardly worn but zamels deemed it as well worn and wouldnt replace. Ring in excellent condition.
