  Alex and Graeme were very helpful and accommodating to my partner and I, who are first home buyers. They were clear and concise in explaining what we needed to know and were informative on the property that we were buying.

  Just went to see a property in glenfield. Loved the property but the attitude of the sales guy was very rude. Did not wanted to say anything on his face was because of his age. It looked like he was doing a charity by selling the house and was very judgmental. No wonder he had to drop the property price to get it sold. If you are buying or selling through them be sure he will push prospective buyers away.

  only when i tell them that i want to move to different real estate they switch to a property manger which was better then the rest but it's too late we already had enough .

  when you get a property to mange you should take it very seriously, as the owner gave you to mange/ sell very expansive assets, and he/she need you to be his eye and ear .

  I was an owner to investment property for few years in minto, very poor communication between them selves, and between the owner, 90% of the time you call them you will speak to an answering machine which inform you that the property manger is on inspection/not at the desk/management meeting.....
